Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once the order is accepted and dispatched. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown before you complete payment. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order has been accepted.
Product accuracy
Our pieces are largely hand-finished, so small variations in embroidery, embellishment and colour are expected and are not defects. Screen colours can also vary. If something arrives clearly different from what was described, tell us and we will make it right.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are governed by our shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
