What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. When you subscribe to updates we collect your email address only. We do not store your card details — payments are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, to arrange returns and exchanges, to respond to your questions, and — only if you have opted in — to send you updates about new drops. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to complete your order: our courier partners, our payment processor and our order management platform. Each receives the minimum information required to do their part.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to keep your bag saved between visits and to understand which pages are useful. You can clear these from your browser at any time.
Your choices
Write to hello@pinkpalettebyneha.com to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from our updates. We respond within seven working days.
